Toshiyuki Morikawa (森川智之, Morikawa Toshiyuki, 26 de enero de 1967) es un actor de doblaje (seiyuu) japonés de Yokohama, prefectura de Kanagawa. Anteriormente estuvo afiliado a Arts Vision hasta que cofundó su propia agencia de talentos Axl One en 2011.
